MIRA MECA has a new and versatile machine fleet, covering all the machining operations - from simple turning to complex machining in 5 continuous axes. Two automated equipments ensure continuity of production, including outside working hours.
Milling

The DMU 40 Evo, acquired in 2023, is equipped with a palletization system allowing automatic chaining of operations without manual intervention.
Turning
Tower - Multi-axis complex parts
The CLX 450 TC, acquired in 2023, is a robotized 7-axis bi-brake cooling tower. It allows to combine turning and milling in one operation, with automatic loading/unloading of parts.

Tours - Current production
Three towers provide the production of standard turning parts, compatible light alloys and hard metals: MORI SEKI, CMZ TL20, CMZ TC-YS.
Our CFAO software (TopSolid & Esprit) supports all neutral 3D file formats, allowing early and serene programming even on the most complex references. Control is not left behind thanks to ZEISS Calypso software: programming MMT from a 3D file, for greater security, fidelity, and efficiency.

3D Metrology
ZEISS CONTURA - Integrated dimensional control
The ZEISS CONTURA three-dimensional measuring machine, equipped with a motorized measuring head, ensures dimensional control of the internal parts.
